RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT INFORMATION
Checks, Money Orders, PayPal, American Express, Visa and Master Card are accepted as forms of payment. Reservations can be made up to 2 days prior to departure, subject to availability. Whenever terms pertaining to a specific supplier are omitted, the following conditions apply: 1 -All reservations are subject to a non refundable $20 handling fee. 2 -Arrangements 4 days or longer require a 25% deposit upon booking and full payment 8 weeks prior to departure. 3 -All other arrangements require full payment immediately. Full payment is required before reservations are considered complete and documents can be issued by SEH. Confirmed travel arrangements left unpaid, beyond 72 hours, will automatically be canceled.

CANCELLATION TERMS FOR INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS
Regular routes:
Up to 3 business days prior to departure: No penalty charge
Less than3 business days prior to departure: Penalty charge is 100 %

Regular cruises:
Up to 7 business days prior to departure: No penalty charge
6 to 3 business days prior to departure: Penalty charge is 50 % of the total price
less than 3 business days prior to departure: Penalty charge is 100 %

Hotel packages:
Up to 15 days prior departure: No penaltycharge
14 days prior departure : Penalty charge is 10 %
13-2 days prior departure: Penalty charge is 50%

PAYMENT TERMS FOR GROUPS
Group tickets shall be paid 30 days in advance. Terms of payment will be confirmed by the group booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND FEES FOR GROUPS
Regular routes and cruises (10-100 persons):
Up to 30 days prior departure: No penalty charge
29 – 14 days prior departure: Penalty charge is 10 % of the total price
13 – 2 days prior departure: Penalty charge is 50 % of total price
Less than 48 hours prior departure: Penalty charge is 100 %

Hotel packages (10-100 persons):
Up to 30 days prior departure: No penalty charge
29 – 22 days prior departure: Penalty charge is 10 % of the total price
21 – 8 days prior departure: Penalty charge is 50 % of total price
7-2 days prior departure: Penalty charge is 75 %
Less than 48 hours prior departure: Penalty charge is 100 %

The final list of all passengers with name, date of birth and nationality must be given 30 days prior to departure. On hotel package tours and overnight cruises the rooming list is needed.
